What to expect from this journey together
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and providing technical advice to customers;
- Creation/revision of software-related documentation (user guide, guides for any new interface tools, reports for internal use, etc.);
- Updating/migrating customer databases;
- Drafting of technical intervention reports;
- Collaboration with the software development team on integrations, bug fixing and new developments.
